A BATHING APE® offers a 14-day return period for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are final sale.

Initiate Return Request

Log into your INT.BAPE.COM account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original BAPE® dust bags and packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached, and include the printed return form inside the box.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our authentication team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
